About Us
We at Jerome Property Management offer a ton of rental options! We have both short-term and long-term rentals within out network of properties. All different types of properties, from homes to condos, we have something to match everyone's rental need. All rates and conditions subject to owners approval. Our application fee is $50 per adult only if approved by the owner.
​WE have over 25 years of property management experience. We are a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Licensed Community Association Property Manager. We are skilled negotiator with a sharp eye for detail. Our "easy to do business with" attitude allows for a comfortable working relationship with our tenants.
Our years of experience have made us expert with dealing with properties and property owners. Our focus on honesty and transparency have allowed us to establish great relationships with our tenants and we will be a great landlord for you!
